Hoerbiger is Hiring a Warehouse Operator 1 (2nd Shift) Near Florida, NY
Based in Pompano Beach, FL HOERBIGER Corporation of America, INC. (HCA) is an industry leader in manufacturing for the oil and gas industry. Currently we are seeking a Warehouse Operator 1 (2nd Shift) who is career-minded individuals looking for long-term growth and potential.
Summary: This position is responsible to receive, stocks, and allocates materials to various departments in order to support our plant in having the right material in a specific area in a timely fashion.
Essential Responsibilities
- Properly count and receive product, comparing packing list to purchase orders, ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list
- Stock and label all products
- Identify missing, lost or damaged materials
- Pick, prepare and process of work orders for internal departments such as production and assembly
- Update product availability in SAP inventory management module
- Perform physical inventory counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with SAP or inventory management software is preferred.
- Forklift license is preferred – must be able to certify within first (6) months of hire
